PHIL Parkinson believes Wanderers need to learn how best to use Kaiyne Woolery’s blistering speed.
The in-demand 21-year-old is pushing for a first-team start at Charlton after an encouraging performance against Fleetwood.
But the Whites boss admits his team are yet to come to terms with how to exploit Woolery’s pace.
“He wants to run in behind – that’s his game,” he explained. “Once the team understands that he’s not a Zach Clough who’ll come a bit deeper and be more intricate, he’s someone who wants that ball put in behind opposition defenders to chase.
“Kaiyne has got something that no-one else in this squad has got, raw pace, and we need to make sure we utilise it.”
