BRADSHAW, Farnworth Social Circle, Egerton and Eagley progressed in the opening week of the Bolton Cricket Development Group and the University of Bolton Under-11s Indoor Knockout Cup.
The tournament takes place over four weeks every Sunday at Smithills Sports Centre between 10am and noon.
Blackrod's 233-6 (Will Ashworth 16) was not enough to deny Bradshaw who scored 245-3.
Social Circle's 256-2 (Brad Barlow 19) bettered Horwich's 254-2 (Ben Hall 14) and Egerton (274-1, Josh Dziobon 28) was too good for Heaton (231-5, Ewan Harman 18).
Little Hulton posted 240-5 with Dillon Whyote scoring 14 and Ben Hamleton 12 which was bettered by Eagley's 257-3 (Liam Doyle 18).
