Darts fans queue overnight

DARTS fans queued overnight in the freezing cold to get their hands on tickets for the 2008 Stan James World Matchplay.

First in the line at Winter Gardens in Blackpool was 55-year-old Tony Moss from Blackrod, and his friend Andy Stotton from Leigh.

The excited supporters queued from 1.30am to get to get their hands on tickets for what has been dubbed the "sporting event of the summer."
