Winter Rounders

Farnworth Winter Rounders League matches scheduled for Sunday, March 16 will definitely go ahead. Following clarification of plans for a tournament (at Farnworth Cricket Club) that day, League organiser Maria Kirkman has decided that the Winter League matches will be played as scheduled.
There is a new look to the league tables because the Adlington team has withdrawn from the League and their record expunged. Unlike the situation in the Eagley League where the withdrawn team had lost all their games, Adlington had won seven matches and had been credited with five draws when games were off.
