JUNIOR footballers from Bolton are looking forward to playing at Wembley this weekend.

Members of the Tika Taka Catalans won the Trafford Lucozade Powerleague Tournament and will travel down to the national stadium to fly the flag for the North West.

They will be playing against other teams from all over England and Wales who have also won their local powerleague tournaments.

Manager Rob Stocks said: "We beat some very good sides and looked amazing, so now we're not only representing Bolton, we're representing the whole of the north west.

"My coaching colleague Frank Smith and I, both believe it's a great opportunity for the lads to go and play at this level.

"We're dominating our local league and have now shown the Bolton, Manchester and surrounding areas what a great group of kids we have and our coaches are developing the kids into great young footballers.

"This trip to Wembley will probably be a once in a lifetime opportunity so we'll grab it with both hands and show the rest of the country how us Tiki Taka lads from Bolton do it, we're going to be ready for whatever is thrown at us."
