HORWICH Hockey club first team remain five points clear at the top of North West Hockey League Division Six North/South despite suffering only their second defeat of the season.
Seven days after losing their unbeaten record in the league, the Horwich men went down 2-1 to Prescot who jumped above Bolton 4ths into second place.
Horwich and Bolton both have a game in hand on Prescot.
