We don't ever want a repeat of dogfight - Davies

KEVIN Davies is confident the back-to-basics, hard-to-beat philosophy will see Wanderers safely home and dry.

Then, says the combative striker, they can set about ensuring they never again get themselves into such a precarious predicament.

"This has been a nightmare season for everyone," Davies said, reflecting on a year of turmoil that threatened to send them tumbling out of the Premiership.

"There's no way we should be anywhere near the relegation fight."
