Little Lever A and leaders Ramsbottom A took maximum points from Little Lever B and Heaton A respectively.
First Division's top two sides Heaton B and Nomads A recorded 8-1 wins against Hilton D and YMCA respectively.
Martin Holt scored three wins for Ramsbottom B who lost 5-4 on their visit to Nomads B.
Ladybridge A ran out 7-2 winners at Little Lever D with Craig Bradbury their unbeaten player. Wingates scored a 7-2 win against a two-man Tonge B.
Second Division leaders Heaton D scored an emphatic 7-2 win against Meadowbank, which eliminated the third-placed outfit from the race for runners-up spot.
Heaton E, who are in second, scored a 9-0 win at Ladybridge B which gives them a 13-point advantage over Meadowbank with two matches remaining. John Dodd trebled for BEN A in their 6-3 victory against Hilton G, as did Hilton F's John Cartledge in a 6-3 win against Heaton F.
Steve Jones was unbeaten for Meadow Hill in their 5-4 defeat at Hilton H.
Division Three's top team, Ramsbottom C, scored maximum points at St Thomas, while Withins A and Tonge C, second and third in the table, both won 8-1.
Withins against Irlam, which included trebles by Debbie Wilson and Lloyd Eaton plus two wins by Ben Dudley, and Tonge against Meadow Hill, with three successes by Steven Hall and Stuart McCaig and two by Paul Minogue.
Three wins by Richard Reading and two apiece by Adele Spibey and Jean Smart gave Hilton J a 7-2 win over Walkden. Phil Herd trebled in BEN B's 6-3 victory at Hilton I, as did John Kofi for Farnworth, who beat Hilton K by the same score.
Ladybridge C move up one place to third spot in the table after taking maximum points at Brass. Although they are 20 points adrift of leaders Monton, they have matches in hand and are in a good position to challenge for the top spot along with Hilton M in second place. Martin Hulton and Alex Meaney trebled for Heaton H who beat Hilton L 6-3. The three wins by Rory McIntyres helped St Paul's Peel to their 7-2 win at the Lads Club.
Heaton G won 5-4 at Hilton N thanks to three wins by Colin Roberts, and Withins B scored a 6-3 win against a two-man Little Lever E.
