HAYDEN White has signed for Peterborough United less than a week after his exit at Wanderers was confirmed.
The former Sheffield Wednesday defender spent this season on loan at Blackpool and was one of 21 players released at the Macron last Friday.
He becomes the first signing of the summer at London Road, where Grant McCann has just taken over from Graham Westley as manager.
White said: βI know what Peterborough are all about in terms of their style of play and that suits me down to the ground. I saw in the game recently just how good they are, the players are all fighting for one another and I am really happy to be here.
βIt is good to get everything sorted before the summer and I can look forward to pre-season now. There are some good players at the club and I am excited to get started.β
White made five appearances in total for Wanderers, including three starts.
