MOORSIDE Rangers produced a shock victory over league leaders Henighans to reach the final of the Division Two Cup.

Two goals from Anthony Weall and one each for Ian Powley and Lindon Hancock sealed an outstanding victory, with Chris Williams getting Henighans’ consolation.

Geoff Bell scored the winner to send Daten through to the Division One Cup final after goals from Jason Russell and Paul Wheeling had left the tie on a knife-edge.

Golborne Parkside thrashed BLGC 6-1 to storm into the Division Three final.

The margin of victory was a shock as the two sides are level on points in the middle of the table and BLGC have games in hand.
