Bolton Sunday League bid for place in cup final
THE Bolton Sunday League representative team will bid for a place in the final of the Mid Lancs Inter-league Trophy on Wednesday night.
The local lads, who take on Stockport at Radcliffe Borough's Stainton Park ground (kick off 7.30pm), reached the semi-final by beating Oldham in the last round 3-1 at Mosley FC's ground when the scorers were Nathan Monson, Danny Kerrigan and Chris Farrell.
The league, which is sponsored by Bolton at Home, is inviting applications from teams to play in the league next season.
