FOOTBALL: In Division Two leaders Darcy Lever were held to a 2-2 draw with Yew Tree. James Batty and Chris Gillbanks for Yew Tree and a Ste Guller own goal gave Darcy a share of the points.

T&S North West go second in the table and close the gap on Darcy with a well earned home win against Breightmet Wands. Rob Tully scored a brace with one each for Ste Carney and Chris Dixon.

The final game in the division saw Fox & Stork beat Unison 4-2, Phil Markland with a brace and one each for Paul Green and Lance Humphries.

In the Premier Division, Stumble Inn beat Sportsman 7-2, with three for James Thomson and one each for Mike Berry, Ryan Porter and one each for the Smith lads Danny and Josh. Ryan Buckley got both the Sportsman’s goals.

Smokies beat Johnson Fold 4-1, with goals for Mick Davies, John Davies, James Bohannon and David Tonge. Wes Tomkinson got both for the Fold.

There is a meeting on February 22, when all fines and outstanding monies can be paid. A list of fines and clubs to stay behind will be in next week.
