BURY have re-signed Everton striker Hallam Hope on loan following a successful spell last season when the 20-year-old scored five goals in eight games.
The former Shakers loanee returned to Goodison after his season-long stay at Sheffield Wednesday was cut short, and has now signed a loan deal which will keep him at the JD Stadium until January 3.
Hope, who became the first Bury player to score a league hat-trick since August 1999 against Portsmouth last season, will wear the number seven shirt and is likely to be in the squad for tonight's JPT quarter-final game against Tranmere Rovers.
Hope becomes the club’s fifth loan player, joining fellow Everton striker Courtney Duffus, Rotherham United goalkeeper Scott Loach, Rochdale full-back Tom Kennedy and Bolton defender Hayden White.
