SHAKERS boss Lee Clark has missed out on the League One manager of the month award for February.

Neil Harris has been given the nod after leading Millwall to four wins and three draws in a busy schedule that also included an FA Cup fifth-round victory over Leicester.

While the Millwall boss will be locking horns with Spurs in the cup on Sunday, Clark has the small matter of a derby at Oldham to contend with this weekend.

After winning his first three games in charge last month, which earned Clark a possibly premature nomination for the League One manager's prize, he will be going all out for an altogether more precious three points at Boundary Park.

The Bury boss remained positive despite his first defeat in charge of the team last weekend, when the Shakers went down 2-1 at home to Gillingham.

But with a run of difficult fixtures against promotion-chasing teams on the horizon, the Geordie coach knows all too well the importance of getting back to winning ways against their relegation rivals.

Meanwhile, award nominations continue to roll in at Gigg Lane, with Andrew Tutte's sumptuous strike at Chesterfield earning a place in the shortlist for League One goal of the month for February.

Voting opens at 6am today at skysports.com, with Tutte up against Rob Hall's mazy effort for Oxford against Swindon and Erhin Oztumer's 40-yard volley for Walsall against Bolton Wanderers.
