SHAKERS goalkeeper Wayne Brown has been named as the Coca-Cola League Two player of the month for February.
It means the award stays at Gigg Lane after striker Ryan Lowe landed it in January.
Brown conceded just two goals in seven games during the month as Bury picked up 14 points to consolidate their place in the top three.

I am however very concerned about the negative formation and lack of goals in the team.I think at home the manager must be looking to win games and he really needs to make a bold effort and play Andy Bishop from the start.4-3-3 would be better at home, not many teams would be able to live with us.What is the point of having Tom Elliott at the club if he is an unused substitute?.Baker and bish need to be released he can't be nurse maid through the rest of the season.
I think we are on schedule to finish on 79 points by my calculations. We certainly haven't got the number of loan players in to ease the pressure of the regular first 11 unlike last year which is tough on people carrying injuries like Stephen Dawson.
Good luck against Darlington now i am thinking from 20th March til the 3rd April these fixtures against ROTHERHAM,ALDERSHOT & NOTTS COUNTY will pretty much determine our destiny. For my part i want either automatic promotion or to finish out of the top 7 no play-offs please my heart couldn't stand it.
