8:32pm
H/T: Bury 1 Carlisle 0
8:27pm
39 – Tom Hopper times his run to the near post but his marker just manages to get a toe to the ball after Andy Bishop played him in with a low driven cross from the right.
40 – Mark Hughes guides his header from the resulting corner wide.

21 - Poleon drags a shot wide after good work from Bishop to tee him up.
8:05pm
18 – David Worrall attempts a ridiculous effort on goal from midway in his own half after being set free from a Carlisle corner. Kevin Blackwell wants his players to take more shots but may not be too impressed with that attempt as Bury had two men in the break.
7:55pm
9 – Poleon just fails to thread a ball through into the feet of Steven Schumacher after the captain cascaded forward into the box.
7:52pm
6 – Matt Doherty storms forward to force the first corner of the match, which is cleared by Carlisle after a bit of scramble. Bury have started the brightest.
7:50pm
It looks like new loan signing Dominic Poleon has slotted in on the left of a four man midfield, which includes his Leeds team-mate Zac Thompson in centre midfield.
Tom Hopper is continuing his partnership with Andy Bishop up front after the pair scored a goal each in Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Crawley.
7:45pm
K/O: Bury get the match underway at Gigg Lane...

Hopper was my MOM, but should have come off with 10/15 to go, as he looked absolutely shattered......this has no baring on the missed 1 on 1 chance he had at the end. Apart from his goal, i didn't really think Thompson did a right lot else.....probably on a par with Captain Hapless who was his usual hopeless self. Lockwood seemed to do nothing but give fouls away but i actually thought Hughes did ok. Worrall, Bish and Peleon worked hard throughout and Skarz and Doherty were solid enough.
Overall, i thought our work rate was very good....we looked alot fitter than them (which was suprisingly pleasing), but Blackwell did need to send a couple of subs on to give us fresh legs towards the end......if only to slow the play down.
Ah well, there's always next week!

Personally i think Kevin is clutching at straws when he thinks we can avoid the drop.I can't remember another team being 6 points adrift after a quarter of the season and staying up apart from say Wigan or Chester City some years back. The new players will take time to gell but we need them to hit the ground running. What worries me is that if these loanees are suffering from a crisis of confidence in front of goal what are they doing playing for us?.If we can get Ryan Lowe on loan he will galvanise our team.He might even get his best mate Schuey playing again.I think a win will come and i will be as bold as to predict this saturday against Yeovil. If we don't beat Pools next tuesday then it's goodnight Vienna but being an optimist i think we will pull both victories off.

I am thrilled with Kev's efforts, we will get out of this mess with his new approach, smart loan moves and positive training!! We will beat Yeovil, Hartlepool and we will be on our way!!
Very unlucky against "Barking dog"and Carlisle.
Think back to the horrible match against MK Dons! We have come a long way in a short time thanks to Kevin.
Ryan Lowe-- don't think this will happen.

Once confidence is back,we could easily go on a "unbeaten run".
I expect more changes from KEV,,,
