STUART Janson regained the Breightmet Golf Club championship with victory over last year's champion Billy Holmes.
Janson, who won the tournament in 2012 and 2013, was in control for most of the match which ended at the 16th hole.
After the first two holes were halved, Janson won the third and fourth.
The pair matched each other until Holmes found trouble in the trees at the ninth hole and Janson capitalised to go three up.
Holmes struck straight back by winning the 10th with a great tee shot but there was no stopping Janson who won the 13th with a superb long putt and then saw the match out.

Quarter-finals: Adam Jones beat Dave Griffin Adam Jones on the 19th hole, Stuart Janson beat Darren Durose 3&1, Nigel Hunter beat Alex Jones 1 up, Billy Holmes beat Andy Bower 3&2.
Semi-finals: Billy Holmes beat Adam Jones on the 20th hole, Stuart Janson beat Nigel Hunter 6&5.
Final: Stuart Janson beat Billy Holmes 3&2.
