BOLTON cyclist Chris Latham again joins Jason Kenny on the Great Britain Cycling Team's Olympic Podium Programme.

Latham, aged 22, from Breightmet, retained his place in the national squad after being included for the first time last year.

The former St Catherine's Academy pupil is one of eight cyclists in the men’s track endurance squad which also includes Sir Bradley Wiggins.

Kenny, who jointly holds the record of the British athlete with the most Olympic gold medals with six, is one of four riders in the men's track sprint squad.

The Podium Programme provides funding for the country's top cyclists as they build towards the next Olympic Games.

Bury twins Simon and Adam Yates are in the men's road squad.
