SIX Blue Vests completed the Swinton 5.25M – the penultimate Central Lancashire Grand Prix race.
Ken Fowler wrapped up the M60 series by winning the race category, while Simon Dally maintained his record of winning the M45 category in every CLGP he has competed in.
A better turnout is anticipated this weekend in the final round at Astley and Tyldesley’s popular Gin Pit 5M.
Black ribbons are being worn by BUH&AC runners in memory of Geoff Knowles, with donations to Pancreatic Cancer UK.
