MOTORBIKE racer Ben Heaton is hoping to fulfil a dream by tackling the Isle of Man TT this year.
The Bolton rider began his preparations for what he hopes will be his most successful season yet with a successful testing performance at Wigan's Three Sisters track.
As well as targeting the TT, Heaton's also intends to compete at the Barry Sheene Memorial Races at Oliver's Mount in Yorkshire, the Southern 100 Road Races also on the Isle of Man, and club championship races at Aintree and Oulton Park and several other circuits around the country.
He will ride a variety of bikes including a Yamaha R6, an Aermacchi and a Honda RC195.
His first race date is Sunday, May 6 at Three Sisters in the first round of the club championship.
