A DINNER attended by some of the biggest names in football during the last 50 years takes place to launch the National Football Museum in Manchester on September 23.
The event takes place at the Hilton Hotel and the guest-list includes ex-Liverpool men Ian Callaghan, Ray Clements, former Ireland and Leeds star Johnny Giles, ex-Manchester City and England great Francis Lee and Stuart Pearce.
Recognition will also go to Kenny Dalglish and the late Harry Catterick as outstanding team managers while Graham Taylor is the Community Champion.
Tickets for the event, which is also held in association with the Professional Footballers Association and North West Development Agency are available from £130 for a single ticket with tables of 10 ranging from £1,100 to £1,800.
