ELITE LEAGUE ICE HOCKEY: The Elite League has announced it will continue its partnership with Rapid Solicitors for the 2012-13 season. The league will continue to be known as the Rapid Solicitors Elite Ice Hockey League.
Rapid Solicitors is one of the UK’s largest personal injury law firms and already supports national and local sport across the UK, at both professional and amateur level.
Martin Ward, Rapid’s commercial manager, said: “We’re big supporters of sport, both on a major scale and at grass-roots level in many areas, as fans of British Superbikes, Moto GP, rugby league and football will already know.
“Ice hockey fans will know Rapid from watching the games around the UK and on Sky. We hope they’ll support us in return. We need that to continue our investment.
”Tony Smith, Rapid Solicitors Elite League spokesperson, added: “We are delighted to have Rapid’s continued support.
“We built up a great working partnership with them last season and it is fantastic that it will continue for another year.”
