MATCHDAY LIVE: Derby County 0 Bolton Wanderers 0
This live event has finished
Sammon could have won it for Derby - shot straight at Bogdan from close range.
That's 5-5-0 for those counting.
Juke coming off for Wheater
Danns blasts one from the edge of the box - well held by Camp.
Better football from Whites. Chungy's shot deflected wide for a corner - some good build up.
Forstyth blasts one from distance that had Bogdan worried. Just over the bar.
Chungy for Davies
Jutkiewicz fires left footed from the edge of the box. His shot takes a slight deflection but ends up in Camp's arms.
Chungy getting ready.
Trotter gives ball away with first touch - resulting a right scramble in the Whites' box. Cleared away in the end.
Tactical that one. Moritz hadn't got in the game and Wanderers need a bit more muscle at the moment.
Trotter on for Moritz
He opts to chip one up for Keogh but his effort is well off target.
Medo gives away a free kick on the edge of the box. Well within range for Ward.
Derby back out on the pitch now to the tune of Guns n Roses' Welcome to the Jungle. Nearly all the way through the song by the time Wanderers join them.
7:51pm Tue 11 Mar 14
Just want to confirm my comments aren't there as a deliberate play to provoke controversy its just what I think about Moritz based on what I've seen. As you say Marc each to their own, let's hope he can prove me wrong as that will only help to help the the team succeed.
Half time it is. Not exactly thrilling stuff from Wanderers but they have defended well. Hasn't quite clicked in possession yet.
Wisdom drags a shot just wide from the edge of the box.
Danns spots a gap and charges through the middle - toe-poking a shot just over the bar.
Another effort from Derby, Martin this time, another save from Bogdan.
Though Derby has scored then - Ward's blast missing the post by inches.
Great defending by Medo to halt a run by Hendricks. Looked like he was through on goal if he missed it.
Moritz smashes a shot from 20 yards that forces Lee Grant into action for the first time. Good effort.
Bryson hits a shot off-balance that goes high into the South Stand.
Ward whips in a free kick and Bogdan comes through a load of players to punch it away. Pressure still on.
Mark Davies scampers round the outside and gets behind Derby for the first time - his cross is cleared, unfortunately.
Wisdom looks a player on the Derby right, though. He's been very good in the eraly stages.
Very little going forward from Bolton so far.
Martin side-footed effort saved by Bogdan. Moments later, keeper makes another good save from him after connecting with Ward's cross. Offside flag was up, though.
Zat Knight getting a cheer from the Wanderers fans as he gets up. Back in play now.
Knight goes down after making a clearance - looks in some pain.
Wanderers defend a good few corners. Looking solid so far.
Knight heads clear. Good defending.
Hutton gives away a free kick in a dangerous position for Derby.
Lot of head tennis going on so far. Ball has hardly touched the ground in the last few mins.
Cross from Forsyth on the left forces Bogdan into a save at his near post.
Nothing much to write so far except for the fact it is impossible to see the numbers on the Derby shirts.
Baptiste lining up at left-back.
@MarcIles Why is everyone worried about DW he is on the bench just doesn't need to risk him if only 90% fit by Sat he will be 100%— @gemchris1977 11 March 2014

fearing putting ream at LB could mean him being targeted by their wingers? would have taken a chance, looked like a commander
Players out on the pitch.

Has he felt any after effects in training or are we not sure? Using him weekly so his injury doesn't come back?
Think there was an option not to risk him. Hutton had to get a chance at some point and I wonder whether Baptiste's move to left-back is a tactical one too.
Not one of Derby's greatest orators, let's put it that way. His interview lasted 20 seconds and contained the word "fantastic" four times.
Horacio Carbonari being introduced on the pitch. They used to call him The Bazooka, apparently.
Wheater only got a kick on the ankle. He said he was fine on Saturday so it surprises me a bit that he's out.

Agree Moritz has the quality but feel he dropped the wrong player, to put him in, Danns has worked extremely hard for the team of late and maybe he could have come in for Danns. Unfortunate for Wheater and his injury looked like he was getting to his good games like when he was in the PL but the fear of a worse injury keeps him out, do we know how bad the injury is?
@MarcIles Dont agree with the cocky bit about moritz , he reminds me a little of klasnic but think he is better on the ball then klasnic— @okocha125 11 March 2014
Lovely set up here at Derby, except for the fact the press bench is set too far away from the fixed seats (at least for people without freakishly long arms).
I'll be spending most of the night perched on the edge of the seat like I am about to dive into a swimming pool.
@MarcIles Baffled to be honest. If no injuries then no changes IMO. Can see this one backfiring.— @petergw2402 11 March 2014
I don't endorse that last message by the way - but each to their own. Personally think Moritz is a good player.
7:17pm Tue 11 Mar 14
Don't quite get the fuss and hype about Moritz. He strikes me as the sort of player who thinks he's better than what he is and this is backed up by his arrogant, cocky and lazy attitude on the pitch.
I wonder if he'd be a Wanderers player if he hadn't have played for Palace.
7:12pm Tue 11 Mar 14
Switch to 4-4-2 has been behind recent revival, needs to shove Moritz up there. Looking forward to 4-3-3 when Beckford returns...when will he be back? Well overdue...
I really am that cool.
Match also sponsored tonight by Graham Penny Auctions - a name I know only too well having watched every episode of Homes Under the Hammer. Ever.
Announcer has his intonation all wrong. Now reading the teams out and all the players sound like questions.
Bogdan? Hutton? Knight? etc
Quite a bizarre announcement on the tannoy. Think it was to introduce "Rammy" the Derby mascot.
In fairness the coat isn't that big - it's roughly the same size as me.
It was gorgeous weather on the way down to Derby today. Temperature has certainly dropped now. Knew it was a good idea bringing my big coat.
@MarcIles new changes love to see ream and wheater together for once— @luke_wanderers 11 March 2014
@MarcIles .Derby v gd passing side, can see sense in 5-man midfield... but DF giving ammo to the booers after shuttin them up for 3 wk #BWFC— @j1mwah84 11 March 2014
@MarcIles Fully understand the wheater change/rest got a knock Sat..the Mason change a bit more curious but we'l see #bwfc— @SA_JNR9 11 March 2014
Would agree with that tweet. Dougie damned if he does, damned if he doesn't sometimes.
@MarcIles can wheats play twice in 4 days given his injury record?moritz is in good form &away to a top 6 team not an overly defensive move— @simonfarr84 11 March 2014
@MarcIles The saying goes "if its not broke don't fix it" only DF knows the answer— @IanMonksBWFC 11 March 2014
As for the formation switch, we'll see how deep Moritz/Medo/Spearing plays. I think they played a similar team at Leicester but Moritz played much further forward alongside Beckford. Reckon that was 4-4-2.

bit baffled by dropping wheater, guessing this means 4-2-3-1, would have stayed 4-4-2 regardless
There have been a few rumours knocking around that he wants to go out on loan - must ask about that after the game!
Eagles has an eye infection, so he's not on the bench, but it's Lonergan's absence that I'm most interested in.
Wheater took a knock on the ankle on Saturday. DF and Wheats said he'd be OK on Saturday but my guess is that they are not willing to risk it. I'm looking forward to seeing Hutton.
We'll start with Mason - I think that one is tactical. Moritz will play from deeper and I doubt anyone will dispute that he deserves a shot.
@MarcIles Confused— @petermarkb 11 March 2014
@MarcIles Not noticed in the past couple of matches - has Lonergan not been on the bench?— @petevick 11 March 2014
@MarcIles personally Id not mess with back 4 or drop in form striker, albeit for another in form striker. How often do dougies changes work?— @tomwanderer101 11 March 2014
@MarcIles that's what being a manager is about making big decisions and having the balls to see them through more satisfying if proved right— @gemchris1977 11 March 2014
@MarcIles why oh why change a winning team FGS— @Cullen104Lisa 11 March 2014
@MarcIles in simple terms don't change a winning team. #bottled #bwfc— @Boothy9469 11 March 2014
@MarcIles don't see why he's changed a winning team. We've nowt to lose?— @lofty7798 11 March 2014
@MarcIles I'm guessing the changes are tactical if Wheater and Mason are on the bench? Seems madness to me so I hope it pays off for DF— @bwfcjgreen92 11 March 2014
@MarcIles Dropped or rested Wheater? Only thing I can think of, rather have Mason than Moritz, works harder for the team!— @BhoyBolton 11 March 2014
6:56pm Tue 11 Mar 14
I take it Wheater and Mason are being rested, shame as defence has been great recently, nice to see Moritz being rewarded with a start. coywm
