WANDERERS have confirmed the signing of Southampton midfielder Andy Robinson on a permanent deal.

The 21-year-old spent a short spell on loan from the Saints last season and appeared on the bench for the first team in a handful of games.

He has signed a one-year contract and becomes Dougie Freedman’s fourth confirmed signing of the summer – although the addition of Charlton Athletic defender Dorian Dervite is expected soon.

Robinson made his senior debut for Southampton in 2012 with an appearance against Sheffield Wednesday in the League Cup.
