Ex-Wanderers loanee Alan Hutton
WEST Brom are mounting a bid to sign former Wanderers loanee Alan Hutton from Midlands rivals Aston Villa.
The Scotland international, who impressed for the Whites at the tail end of last season, has not played a competitive game for Villa boss Paul Lambert.
The 29-year-old, pictured, has one year left on his contract and sources at The Hawthorns suggest he would need to take a considerable pay cut to join the Baggies.
Hutton played nine times on loan at Bolton before his season was cut a few weeks short by a knee injury.
