WANDERERS have tonight confirmed last season’s double player of the year Tim Ream has penned a new three-year contract at the Macron Stadium.
As revealed exclusively by The Bolton News in May, Ream’s new deal runs until the summer of 2017, replacing his previous contract which was due to run out in 12 months.
The US international defender, who has made 76 appearances since his arrival from New York Red Bulls in January, 2012, has had a successful work permit hearing and is delighted to extend his stay in Bolton.
The 26-year-old, pictured, told the club: “I’m really pleased to have extended my deal here. I certainly feel like I’ve developed as a player during my time over here and with my family we’re settled in the local area.”
