SHEFFIELD Wednesday found themselves a man down when Jose Semedo was sent off for a horror-tackle on Jay Spearing but left Bolton with an equal share of the points.
Jermaine Beckford gave Dougie Freedman’s side a great start with a wonderful finish from Neil Danns’ flick on 16 minutes.
Jeremy Helan’s cross was then turned into his own net by Alex Baptiste to level the scores.
Semedo was sent off a few minutes before the end when he went in two-footed on Spearing, which sparked a late flurry of chances for the Whites.
Chris Kirkland made two superb late saves to make sure Dave Jones’s men escaped with a point, but Wednesday were still rooted in the bottom three after drawing seven of their opening 11 games.
