TIM Ream makes his debut for Wanderers at the Den as Owen Coyle's side look to make it past Championship side Millwall and through to the quarter finals.
The US international comes in alongside David Wheater in the middle of defence, and there is also a first start for on-loan Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi in place of Martin Petrov.
With Kevin Davies injured, Coyle appears to have gone back to a 4-5-1 formation with Fabrice Muamba restored to the starting 11. Tuncay also replaces Chris Eagles on the right wing.
