WANDERERS Youth hit a stunning eight goals at Tottenham to roar into the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup tonight.

Thomas Walker and Tom Youngs both netted hat-tricks, and Chris Lester and Zach Clough scored as David Lee and Tony Kelly’s side won 8-4 at White Hart Lane to set up a last-eight visit to Nottingham Forest.

They went behind to a Shaquile Coulthirst goal after five minutes but Walker curled home a stunning leveler on 24 minutes.

Sixty seconds later, Youngs made it 2-1 and it was three when Walker slotted home his second on the half hour.

In added time to the added two minutes at the end of the first half, Spurs skipper Nabil Bentaleb made it 3-2.

But Wanderers came out flowing up front again and, on 52 minutes, Chris Lester netted after a fine break.

On the hour, Youngs saw a deflected effort trickle in before Walker claimed his hat-trick with a low free-kick to make it 6-2.

A Spurs penalty from Ruben Lameiras and a second for Coulthirst brought some nerves to the away bench going into the last 16 minutes but Youngs scored his third on 77 minutes to make it 7-4 and then in the last of five added minutes, Zach Clough netted to round off a memorable night in North London for the Whites Under-18s who are only the third Whites side to make the last eight.
