Scarlett Johansson and Johnny Vegas want the same thing for Christmas - a goat.
Celebrities including Minnie Driver, Ricky Gervais and Zoe Ball, are encouraging people to choose an alternative stocking-filler this Christmas - and the glamorous American actress and heavy-drinking English comedian plumped for the same gift.
Oxfam Unwrapped asks gift-givers to buy items such as a goat for a needy family in the developing world (£25), training a teacher (£27) and school books (£8).
Lost In Translation star Scarlett, who travelled to India to see how a school was benefiting from the Oxfam Unwrapped programme, said: "I spent an amazing day with some young girls at an Oxfam-funded school in Uttar Pradesh.
"They were all from the lowest Dalit caste, but their education had filled them with ambition, self worth and hope for the future.
"Every child deserves that kind of start in life - and Oxfam Unwrapped gifts like desks and chairs, school equipment and even the school buildings themselves can provide this. And that's why I am asking for us all to give these kinds of gifts this Christmas."
Funnyman Johnny said: "I can honestly say I'd love to get an Oxfam Unwrapped goat for Christmas. It's the perfect gift - something that is sure to be appreciated, and can potentially even change people's lives. Really, who needs more stuff?
"But what we all do need is that warm glow of knowing that we've done something that has really helped another person somewhere in the world."
