About 50,000 fake DVDs were seized by police during a series of raids in Bolton today.
Officers also confiscated cannabis and served a noise abatement order on a homeowner during the operation.
They swooped on Union Road, Tonge Moor, at about 8.15am.
Officers from Bolton East division obtained a warrant for the raids after receiving intelligence about suspected drug dealing and drug use in the area.
Insp Tony Kenyon, who co-ordinated the operation, said: “I want to reassure the community that we are doing all we can to put a stop to drug-related anti-social behaviour and I would urge residents to come to the police if they have information about anti-social behaviour in their area.”
A 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing class C drugs and a 37-year-old-man was arrested on suspicion of possessing class C drugs and will also be questioned under the Trademarks Act. Both are in custody.
