I HAVE been watching the Wanderers when possible for over 20 years, and
always defended the club when other supporters moan about how badly it is
run, but after watching the FA Cup tie against Sheffield United on Saturday
I have never felt so demoralised after a game.
It wasn't the fact that they had lost, it was the fact Bolton so blatantly
didn't care less about winning!!
After all it was the Third Round of the Cup. Playing lower league opposition
at home, surely they have an obligation to the paying fans to put a decent
side out there and show the Bolton fans that they are a good side, and on
there day they can beat anyone at the Reebok.

Sadly that didn't happen, the desperation of the club to stay in the
Premiership mean't that Bolton more or less forfeited the FA Cup, which I
think is so sad, not just for Bolton, but for football in general.
