BOLTONS New Year's Day fixture against Derby has now been moved to Wednesday, January 2, 8pm kick off.

I assume this is to accomodate the TV companies?

For many years Bolton have played a home fixture over the Christmas period, and for many fans it has been a family tradition to go to that match.

Unfortunately it seems that the fans don't matter any more to their clubs.

Bolton harp on constantly how they are cutting prices etc to try to attract more people to the terraces, then they pull a stunt like this.

It doesn't take a genious to work out why the terraces are dwindling.

Buying my season ticket didn't come easy this year, maybe next year it won't come at all.

As for the Derby game, the club have lost my wife and son's contribution of £26. I wonder how many more they have lost due to the rescheduling.
