IT’S good to see Bolton at Home, with Bolton Council, have organised a Tonge’s Got Talent contest (The Bolton News, July 1). This could explain why housing managers and officers are unavailable/in a meeting/not in until Monday/will call you back (they never do) whenever you contact the neighbourhood housing office.
