I THINK I agree with Barry Moss, all the money taken off motorists who have parked in these illegal bays should be refunded by Bolton Council.
In an article in The Bolton News on November 14, Alan Eastwood, director of legal services at Bolton Council, is quoted as saying: "It is a question of, do we fill a pothole or re-mark a parking bay?"
Well, it would probably be cheaper to park cars in the numerous potholes in the Bolton area!
