PAT DUCKWORTH On Saturday 7th April 2018, peacefully in her sleep whilst on holiday with her family in Scotland, Pat aged 90 years. Beloved wife to the late Raymond, loving mum to Paul and Ann and a dear sister to Hazel. A private committal will take place prior to a service of thanksgiving at Ridgemont House, Chorley Old Road Bolton at 1.00pm on Monday 23rd April 2018.
