CHARLES CLIFFORD RAINES Janet of Bolton and Stephen of Canada sadly announce the sudden passing of our father, pre deceased by his beloved wife Dorothy. After a long life well lived we proudly respected his bequest to medical sciences and express our gratitude to Lynda Jopson and caring neighbours for making independent living possible. Donations in his memory can be made to Guide Dogs For The Blind or MIND.
