CONSTANCE ELIZABETH HORNBY On 16th September 2018, passed away peacefully. Loving wife of the late Stanley. Much loved Mum to Mike and Les, dear Mother in law to Pat and Tina. Grandma to Sarah and Kate and Great Grandma to Jake and Ryan. Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday 26th September 2018 in St Paul's Church, Astley Bridge at 10.45am followed by Committal in Overdale Crematorium East chapel at 11.45am.
