MARY CASSIDY Peacefully on November 3rd 2018 Mary Bridget Cassidy aged 90, born in Athlone Co Roscommon on 21/01/1928 formerly of 21 Pimlott Road Hall-ith-wood and of late Mill View Care Home sadly passed away at the Royal Bolton Hospital. Our hearts are truly broken, we can only take comfort knowing she has joined her late Husband Joseph Cassidy and recently her beloved son Sean Cassidy (known from Mather & Platt and CarnaudMetalbox Co) who died suddenly on 17th May 2018 in Ballina Killaloe, Eire. A beloved mother to Ann and Joan, mother-in-law to Stephen, Brian and Siobhan. The sweetest grandma ever to John, David, Philip, Rebecca, Kerry and Alexandra and great grandma to Alfie, Toby, Erica, Millie, Macie, Issac, Betsy, Lincoln, Ralph,and Bou Elsie. A much loved sister-in-law, special Aunt and friend to so many. Cortege to leave Hardman McManus Chapel of Rest on Friday 23rd November at 12.00 noon for Requiem Mass in Holy Infants RC Church, Astley Bridge at 12.30pm followed by interment in Astley Bridge Cemetery.
