JOHN SHEPHERD (Jack) Passed away suddenly on 14th November 2018 in Royal Bolton Hospital aged 96 years dearly beloved husband of Mildred, loving father of Ann and Judith, grandad to twin girls Rebecca and Natasha, John Henry and Edward. Funeral service and committal will take place on Friday 7th December 2018 at Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 3.00 pm.
