JEAN POJASYK NEE WOODRUFF Peacefully in hospital on 27th November 2018 Jean aged 82 years. Devoted wife of the late Dmytro. Much loved mum of Susan and Andrew. Loving mother in law of Chris and Amy. Special nana of Christian, Laura, William and Harvey and a loving sister of Susan and the late Tom and Kathleen. Also a much loved cousin, auntie, great auntie and special friend. Service to take place in St Mary's RC Church, Horwich on Wednesday 12th December 2018 at 12 noon followed by interment In Heaton Cemetery at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please by request.
