JACK COLLINS Peacefully passed away after a short illness in hospital on May 11th 2019 aged 81 years. Beloved Husband of the late Dorothy, Loving Dad, Grandad, Father-in-law. He will be sadly missed. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 23rd May 2019 at 11am in Overdale Crematorium West Chapel.
