HAROLD CARR It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Harold in hospital, aged 89 yrs and of Horwich, on the 5th October 2019. The very dearly loved husband of Evelyn, the very loving father of Susan and Debbie and the most precious Grandpa to Sam, Emily and George. Loving brother of Marian and loving brother-in-law of Brian, June, Pat, Joan, Peter and Vida. Dearly loved by his many, many friends over the years. "At Rest in Heaven above" The service will take place at The Evangelical Church, Wright St, Horwich, at 12.30pm on Friday 18th October, followed by a brief service at Overdale. The family would like to invite any of Harold's friends and family to join us to raise a glass to him at The Toll Bar, Horwich from approx. 4pm. Family flowers only but if you would kindly like to support us we will be raising funds for a donation to Dementia Charities. Cheques can be made payable to Dementia UK and given to any of the family.
