In life if we are lucky, we meet a few people we never forget, Lance was one of those people for me, he was unique, a one off , you couldn't help but warm to this lovely man, if he could help or advise you in any way he would gladly, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to help anyone in a fix, he was always generous and a true Gentleman, I personally recall many years ago my Van was stuck in a ditch at the bottom of a long hill with little chance of getting out, a phone call to Norma, and Lance turned up with his Land cruiser and rope and had me back on the road in no time, he smiled and said "if your in a jam I,m your man" God bless Lance anyone who was lucky enough to meet you will always remember you with a smile, I,m sure sadly missed and fondly remembered. Heart felt sympathy to Norma and all the family..
