JOSIE HOWARTH (nee Doyle) Aged 90 died peacefully on 29th March 2020. Beloved wife of Bob, mother of Michael and Sarah, mother-in-law to Rob, sister to Shelia and much loved grandma to William and Joseph. Josie was a magistrate, social worker and keen bridge player. She was also a constant support to her husband, Bob Howarth, during his time as an MP for Bolton and as Leader of the Council. Her family and friends will remember her for her kindness, patience and style. A private funeral will be held with a celebration of her life to be held at a later date."
