FREDDIE CHADWICK Sadly, passed away on Sunday the 24th May, 2020 in Royal Bolton Hospital. Freddie aged 49 years and of Westhoughton, the most precious and cherished youngest son of Fred and Marie. Much loved and special brother to Anthony and Yvonne and special nephew Connor. Loving dad to Joshua and his grandchildren Kade, Harley and Conner. Loved by all his uncles, aunties and cousins. Also a good friend to many. Special thanks to his neighbour's Dominic, Charlotte and David. The family also wish to extend their appreciation to Dr Simpson and Dr Lloyd at Peter House Surgery Westhoughton, doctors and nursing staff in the Emergency Department, D2 and C4 at the Royal Bolton Hospital who cared and supported Freddie over the years – thank you. Good night god bless Freddie. Your heartbroken family. A private funeral service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Friday 5th June. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Freddie are for Royal Bolton Hospital, Minerva Road, Farnworth, BL4 0JR, please make cheques payable to 'Bolton NHS Charitable Fund'. To Fred Marie and all your family. So sad to hear about the passing of Freddie he was a lovely friendly person who always had a chat when we saw him in the street. He will be sadly missed by all. RIP Freddie. Keith & Joanne Naylor family.
