WILLIAM (BILLY) DUGGAN Passed away 14th September 2019 Loving son of Eileen and the late William. Loving dad of Imogen, brother of Joanne and her partner Valentine. Late brother of Michael, uncle of Solaman. Billy will be missed by all family and friends. No goodbyes you fell asleep, memories of you will always keep. Forever in our hearts Love mum.
