DEREK DOBSON 21.05.1947 22.10.2020 Derek, the truly beloved husband of Christine and utterly devoted dad to Jennifer, Gillian and Joy died peacefully at home following a long illness, which he fought with great courage, dignity and humour. Derek was so proud of grandchildren Henry, Ralph and Charlotte, and of Sons-in-Law Paul and Mark. He was a loving brother to Tom, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many, well respected by all who knew him. His funeral service will be held at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Tuesday 3rd November at 1 p.m. followed by committal. Covid restrictions apply. The care Derek received from ALL health professionals was second to none and his family will be forever grateful. Family flowers only, please.
