MONKS Alice (Rose) We are very saddened to announce this news. And while she lies in peaceful sleep Her memories we will always keep. Alice fought a brave battle But Heaven won in the end. On 2nd July 2022, Alice, 73 years, peacefully passed away at Bolton Hospice following a brief illness. Loving partner and reunited with the late Jack Winch, loving mother to daughter Aileen, beloved Grandmother to Charlotte, mother in law to Simon, sister of the late Kathleen & sister in law to the late George, and a special friend to many. Always will be remembered in our hearts and minds. The funeral service and committal will take place on Tuesday 12th July at Howe Bridge Crematorium Off Lovers Lane, Atherton at 3pm. Manchester, M46 0PZ 3pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired in memory of Alice can be made to Cancer Research UK.
