AMBER JAY JACK Precious daughter fell asleep aged 22 years 8th October 2005 Also SUSAN LARIANE JACK Amber's mum passed away 7th September 2014 aged 64 years. I miss you both, And would like to be with you, If only I could. All I have is memories, And my life is so empty without you both. Dad and Husband Dave
